Welcome to South Edmonton Women’s Care Clinic (SEW Care Clinic) where our focus is taking care of women and our needs with a multidisciplinary staff of health care providers. Dr. Carlissa Wittner is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist who has worked at the Grey Nuns Hospital since 2004.

South Edmonton Women’s Care Clinic is staffed by one Obstetrician-Gynecologist and one Family Physician specializing in women's health.

Appointments are by Referral Only

You must see your family physician to obtain a referral to our clinic. Please note that referrals are triaged and are not automatically accepted.

Not a Walk-in Clinic

We do not offer walk-in appointments. If you are under 20 weeks pregnant please proceed to GNH ER department. If you are over 20 weeks and having concerns and your OB is not available please proceed to GNH admitting and they will take you to the outpatient assessment area.

Clinic Availability

Dr. Wittner and Dr. Reda also practice in other locations and are not present in the clinic every day.

Phone Lines

Our phone lines are often busy, and we may not always be able to answer your call immediately. We appreciate your patience. We will not tolerate verbal abuse from patients or family members about our phone lines being busy.

Respectful Workplace Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. Verbal abuse, yelling, or name-calling toward staff will not be tolerated. Calls will be disconnected if this occurs.

Kelsey Hupka, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist offering a treatment combination of manual therapy, exercise and education. **Kelsey now has DIRECT BILLING

Our office faces 91 street. If you are coming off of the Whitemud take your first right into the parking lot. If you are coming Eastbound off of 51Ave turn right when you enter the parking lot.

Closed for Lunch 12:00 – 1:00

Closed Most Holidays

Due to the high volume of clinic calls we recieve, please be patient with us, we are trying our best to answer all phone calls.

There is a $75.00 No Show Fee for ALL Missed Appointments

**At no time will our office tolerate abuse from patients or partners**
